Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA) on January 21, 2025, issued the Dam Safety Measures for Dams other than Specified Dams Regulations, 2024.

This shall come into force on January 24, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Regulation 3 outlines the Measures to be taken by owners for dams other than specified dams having a height less than threemeters.

• Regulation 4 outlines the Measures to be taken by owners of dams other than specified dams having height equal to or more than threemeters.
